Agreement to terms

By accessing Levelport Looms, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for any activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and notify us of unauthorized use.

Course access and license

When you enroll, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course materials for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell course content.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in USD and may change. Refunds may be considered within 14 days for courses with minimal progress, at our reasonable discretion. Taxes may apply based on your location.

User conduct

Intellectual property

All content and trademarks of Levelport Looms remain our property or that of our licensors. You may reference techniques for personal practice but may not repackage our materials.

Disclaimers

Courses are for educational purposes only. We make no medical, therapeutic, or financial promises. Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Levelport Looms shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for claims relating to the services will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to services

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful conduct. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
